કોમ્પ્યુટર કૌશલ્ય તાલીમ અને પરીક્ષા નિયમો-2006 અનુસાર સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ અને અધિકારીઓ માટે ભરતી, બઢતી તથા ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણ જેવા સેવા લાભો માટે સંબંધિત CCC / CCC+ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની જોગવાઈ કરવામાં આવી હતી.

ઘણા કર્મચારીઓ પરીક્ષા સમયસર પાસ ન કરી શકવાને કારણે બઢતી અથવા ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણના લાભથી વંચિત ન રહે તે માટે સરકારે અગાઉ સમયમર્યાદામાં વધારો કર્યો હતો.

સરકાર દ્વારા સમયમર્યાદા તા. 30-06-2012 સુધી લંબાવવામાં આવી.

જે કર્મચારીઓ/અધિકારીઓને તા. 31-12-2011 સુધીમાં CCC / CCC+ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની શરતે બઢતી અથવા ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણ આપવામાં આવેલ હોય અને હજુ સુધી પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની બાકી હોય, તેમને એક આખરી તક આપવામાં આવી.

⚠️ પરીક્ષા પાસ ન થાય તો શું?

નક્કી કરેલી તારીખ સુધી CCC / CCC+ પરીક્ષા પાસ ન કરવામાં આવે તો સંબંધિત કર્મચારીને આપવામાં આવેલ બઢતી / ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણનો લાભ પરત લેવાની કાર્યવાહી થઈ શકે છે.

🎓 આવા કર્મચારીઓ માટે તાલીમમાં પ્રથમ અગ્રતા

સંબંધિત વિભાગો, ખાતાના વડાઓ અને કચેરીના વડાઓએ આવા કર્મચારીઓ/અધિકારીઓની અલગ યાદી તૈયાર કરવાની અને CCC / CCC+ તાલીમમાં મોકલવા માટે તેમને પ્રથમ અગ્રતા આપવાની સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે.

2️⃣ 01-01-2012 પછી બઢતી / ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણ મેળવનાર

જે કર્મચારીઓ/અધિકારીઓને તા. 01-01-2012 કે ત્યારબાદ CCC / CCC+ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની શરતે બઢતી અથવા ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણ આપવામાં આવે, તેમના માટે અલગ સમયમર્યાદા નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે.

ઉપરોક્ત તારીખોમાંથી જે તારીખ સૌથી વહેલી હોય, તે તારીખ સુધીમાં CCC / CCC+ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની રહેશે.

જો કર્મચારી નક્કી કરેલી સમયમર્યાદામાં પરીક્ષા પાસ ન કરે તો તેને આપવામાં આવેલ બઢતી / ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણનો લાભ પરત લેવામાં આવશે.

🎓 આ વર્ગને તાલીમમાં બીજી અગ્રતા

તા. 01-01-2012 પછી શરતી બઢતી / ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણ મેળવનાર કર્મચારીઓની અલગ યાદી તૈયાર કરી, તેમને CCC / CCC+ તાલીમ માટે દ્વિતીય અગ્રતા આપવાની રહેશે.

3️⃣ 01-07-2012થી સૌથી મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિયમ

🚨 તા. 01-07-2012થી અમલ:

CCC / CCC+ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરેલી હોય તેવા જ કર્મચારીઓ/અધિકારીઓના કેસમાં બઢતી અથવા ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણ મંજૂર કરવા અંગે વિચારણા કરવામાં આવશે.

જેમણે CCC / CCC+ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરી ન હોય, તેઓ બઢતી / ઉચ્ચતર પગાર ધોરણ મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર ગણાશે નહીં.

Under the Computer Skill Training and Examination Rules, 2006, Government employees and officers were required to pass the relevant CCC / CCC+ examination in connection with service benefits such as promotion and higher pay scale.

Employees/officers granted promotion or higher pay scale on or after 01-01-2012, subject to passing CCC / CCC+, were required to pass the examination within a specified period.
