Page 2ની clause 3માં 25 વર્ષની ઉંમર પહેલાં વિકલાંગ/અંધ હોય પરંતુ પરિણીત દરજ્જાના કારણે family pension બંધ થયેલ હોય એવા case માટે સુધારેલી જોગવાઈ અનુસાર entitlementનું પુનઃનિર્ધારણ કરવાની બાબત છે. આવા caseમાં actual sanction માટે GRની તમામ conditions અને supporting records ચકાસવા જરૂરી છે.

This resolution revises/clarifies provisions for payment of family pension/minimum family pension to a physically/mentally disabled or blind child of a deceased Government employee/officer or of a Government pensioner/family pensioner. Page 1 refers to Rule 93 of the Gujarat Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 2002.

Clause 3 on page 2 addresses cases where the child was disabled/blind before age 25 but family pension had been stopped because of marital status, and provides for reconsideration under the revised provision. Actual sanction requires verification of all GR conditions and supporting records.
