આ પરિપત્ર અનુસૂચિત જાતિના ઉમેદવારને સરકારી સેવામાં નિમણૂક આપતા પહેલાં જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રની ચકાસણી/ખરાઈ માટે procedure નક્કી કરે છે. Prescribed formમાં candidate, father, real brother/sister, grandfather, paternal uncle, paternal aunt અને additional paternal relativesના school/caste records માટે fields છે. Blood relationship દર્શાવતું pedigree પણ માંગવામાં આવે છે.

This Circular prescribes the procedure for scrutiny/verification of Scheduled Caste certificates before appointment. The Department/HOD obtains the prescribed form and evidence, verifies copies against originals, and forwards the consolidated proposal to the Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare, Gandhinagar.
