જિલ્લા તિજોરી/પેટા તિજોરી/પગાર અને હિસાબ કચેરીમાં સરકારી વાહનોના FASTag bills ચુકવણી માટે રજૂ થાય ત્યારે FASTagની digital natureને કારણે traditional original receipt ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોવાની સ્થિતિને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી આ કાર્યપદ્ધતિ નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે. Drawing Officerએ GTR-44 contingent bill સાથે payment/recharge સંબંધિત પુરાવા અને FASTag account/bank statement આધારિત પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાનું છે.

પ્રથમ વખત Bill રજૂ કરતી વખતે
Page 1 મુજબ FASTag માટે પ્રથમ વખત GTR-44માં bill રજૂ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે Drawing Officerએ online credit/payment થયાનું પ્રમાણ તથા સંબંધિત supporting details રજૂ કરવાના છે. Bill Treasury/Pay & Accounts Officeમાં નિયમ મુજબ scrutiny માટે રજૂ થાય છે.

ત્યારબાદના FASTag Bills માટે

ત્યારબાદ FASTag માટેનું bill રજૂ કરતી વખતે અગાઉ recharge કરાવેલી રકમનો FASTag મારફતે વપરાશ થયેલો છે તે દર્શાવતું પ્રમાણપત્ર/statement રજૂ કરવાનું છે. આ supporting evidenceના આધારે Treasury/Pay & Accounts Office bill pass કરવાની કાર્યવાહી કરશે.

FASTag Statement કેવી રીતે ઉપયોગી છે?
પરિપત્ર FASTag transaction trailને bill scrutiny માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ supporting record તરીકે સ્વીકારે છે. Drawing Officerએ FASTag account/bank statement પરથી recharge તથા toll utilisationનું reconciliation કરીને જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્ર bill સાથે જોડવાનું રહે છે.

When the Bill is Presented for the First Time
