રાજ્ય સરકારના કર્મચારીઓ/અધિકારીઓને મળતી રજા પ્રવાસ રાહત (LTC) / વતન પ્રવાસ રાહત યોજનામાં મુસાફરીના વિવિધ માધ્યમો માટેની પાત્રતા વધુ સ્પષ્ટ અને સુધારેલી બનાવવાના હેતુથી આ ઠરાવ બહાર પાડવામાં આવ્યો છે.
તેમાં ખાસ કરીને હવાઈ મુસાફરી, રેલવે, રસ્તા માર્ગ, શતાબ્દી એક્સપ્રેસ, પોતાની કાર અને દરિયાઈ/નદી માર્ગ સંબંધિત જોગવાઈઓનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

મુસાફરીના મુખ્ય માધ્યમો

કર્મચારી/અધિકારીની પાત્રતા અને Grade Pay પ્રમાણે હવાઈ મુસાફરી માટેની જોગવાઈ નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે.🚆 રેલ માર્ગ
રેલવેના AC First Class, AC 2 Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper વગેરે માટે Grade Pay પ્રમાણે પાત્રતા દર્શાવવામાં આવી છે.🚌 રસ્તા માર્ગ
રેલવે દ્વારા ન જોડાયેલા સ્થળો સહિતના પ્રવાસ માટે માન્ય બસ/પરિવહન વ્યવસ્થાના નિયમો આપવામાં આવ્યા છે.🚗 પોતાની કાર
ચોક્કસ અધિકારીઓને પોતાની માલિકીની કાર દ્વારા મુસાફરી કરવાની જોગવાઈ કરવામાં આવી છે.

✈️ મહત્વપૂર્ણ:
જે કર્મચારી/અધિકારી સામાન્ય રીતે હવાઈ પ્રવાસ માટે પાત્ર ન હોય, તેને પણ GRમાં દર્શાવેલી શરતો હેઠળ કેટલીક પરિસ્થિતિમાં હવાઈ મુસાફરીની મંજૂરી મળી શકે છે.

રસ્તા માર્ગ દ્વારા પ્રવાસ
🚍 રેલવે દ્વારા સીધા જોડાયેલા ન હોય તેવા સ્થળે પ્રવાસ કરતી વખતે
માન્ય જાહેર પરિવહન/બસ સેવાના ભાડાની reimbursement માટે
GRમાં શરતો નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે.
મુસાફરી માટે કર્મચારી જે class માટે પાત્ર હોય તેનાથી વધુ
classનું ભાડું reimbursement તરીકે મળતું નથી.
Claim પાત્ર મર્યાદા મુજબ જ રહેશે.

🚗 GR મુજબ પાત્ર અધિકારીઓ કેટલીક પરિસ્થિતિમાં
પોતાની માલિકીના વાહન દ્વારા રજા પ્રવાસ રાહત /
વતન પ્રવાસ રાહતની મુસાફરી કરી શકે છે.
Reimbursement માટે GRમાં નક્કી કરેલી road mileage / admissible railway fare સંબંધિત મર્યાદાઓ લાગુ પડશે.

આંદામાન-નિકોબાર તથા લક્ષદ્વીપ
જેવા ટાપુ વિસ્તારોમાં પણ GRમાં દર્શાવેલી પાત્રતા અને

દસ્તાવેજમાં સરકારી કર્મચારીઓને
3000 કિ.મી.ની એકતરફી મર્યાદામાં
રજા પ્રવાસ રાહતનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર હોવાનું દર્શાવાયું છે.

પર્વતીય / પહાડી વિસ્તારોમાં પ્રવાસ
🏔️ પર્વતીય અથવા પહાડી વિસ્તારમાં જ્યાં સામાન્ય વાહન વ્યવસ્થા
ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોય ત્યાં ઘોડા, ખચ્ચર, ડંડી કે ડોલી
જેવા સ્થાનિક મુસાફરી સાધનો દ્વારા થયેલા ખર્ચ માટે પણ
GRમાં નિયત શરતો અને મર્યાદાઓ આપવામાં આવી છે.

Modes of Travel Covered

Eligibility for air travel is prescribed according to the employee's entitlement and Grade Pay.🚆 Railway Travel

The Resolution refers to LTC entitlement within an
outward journey limit of 3000 kilometres,

🏔️ Where normal transport is not available in hilly or mountainous
