📌 ઠરાવનો સરળ સાર:
ગુજરાત સરકારના આરોગ્ય અને પરિવાર કલ્યાણ વિભાગ દ્વારા Nursing Cadreના ત્રણ મહત્વપૂર્ણ હોદ્દાના designation બદલવાનો નિર્ણય કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
જૂના designationના સ્થાને Nursing Superintendent, Deputy Nursing Superintendent અને Assistant Nursing Superintendent જેવા નવા designation આપવામાં આવ્યા છે.
આ ફેરફાર માત્ર designation સંબંધિત છે. તેના આધારે pay scaleમાં revision અથવા રાજ્ય સરકાર ઉપર વધારાનો financial burden ઊભો કરવાનો પ્રસ્તાવ નહીં રહે તેવી શરત ઠરાવમાં સ્પષ્ટ કરવામાં આવી છે.

આ ઠરાવ હેઠળ હોદ્દાના નામ બદલવાની મંજૂરી એ શરતે આપવામાં આવી છે કે તેના કારણે ભવિષ્યમાં:
❌ Pay Scale Revision માટે proposal નહીં થાય
❌ રાજ્ય સરકાર ઉપર Additional Financial Burden માટે proposal નહીં થાય
એટલે આ GRનો મુખ્ય હેતુ designation modernization / re-designation છે, automatic financial upgradation નહીં.
આ ઠરાવ હેઠળ હોદ્દાના નામ બદલવાની મંજૂરી એ શરતે આપવામાં આવી છે કે તેના કારણે ભવિષ્યમાં:

📌 Brief Summary:
The Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat, approved the re-designation of three Nursing Cadre posts under the Commissioner of Health, Medical Services and Medical Education and Research.
