વિવિધ સરકારી તાલીમ સંસ્થાઓ દ્વારા યોજાતા જુદા જુદા અભ્યાસક્રમો/કોર્સ માટે બહારથી આમંત્રિત અધિકારીઓ/વ્યક્તિઓને અપાતા માનદ વેતનના જૂના દરોમાં સુધારો આ ઠરાવથી કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. Page 1–2ના tableમાં inviteeની category પ્રમાણે revised per-hour honorarium દર્શાવાયું છે અને સાથે મુસાફરી ખર્ચ/પ્રવાસ ભથ્થા અંગેની જોગવાઈ પણ આપવામાં આવી છે.
